Inspection Methods

• Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

• Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
  High-accuracy weld inspection with recorded data, ideal for critical connections, complex geometries, and major projects.

• Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
  Surface crack detection on ferromagnetic materials, particularly effective on weld toes, roots, and highly stressed areas.

• Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI)
  Surface inspection for non-ferromagnetic materials or where MPI is not suitable.

• Visual Inspection (VT)
  Weld profile, workmanship, distortion, corrosion, and general condition assessments.
